Can anyone tell me what fun things there are to do in and around Daviess County during the summer months. (Parks, swimming, fishing, etc)

The end of school is quickly approaching. I pray for a safe and spiritual summer for children. There are so many opportunities to experience the love of Jesus this summer. Community Vacation Bible School starts off the summer on June 7th. Camp Illiana has many dates for kids to choose from, you can check out the church bulletin for the dates I will be down at Illiana. We will finish up the summer with some crazy, fun activites on Terrific Tuesdays. Watch the bulletin for more details.

What a blessing it was to spend the weekend watching New Hope kids play soccer! When I work with kids here at church, I don't always see their "other" sides. We have a bunch of talented children here at New Hope! Keep up the hard work and use those talents for Jesus!

Congratulations to the New Hope Bible Bowl teams! New Hope 1 received a trophy for 8th place overall for the entire year. That is out of 35+ teams! New Hope 2 placed first in their division for the month of May. I am so proud of these children! It is amazing to hear all the knowledge they are learning about the Bible. New Hope 1 will be participating in two competitions during the summer. Regular competition begins again in October! New Hope 1: Noah Frances, Evan Frances, Mary Barnard and Elizabeth Stallman. New Hope 2: Garrett Hess, Mitchell Guthrie, Haley Hagemeier, McKenzie Healy.
